Payment Terms: A 60% down payment is required before we start work on your goods or website. For SEO and Starter Mobile Website and Hosting & Domain Name packages, full payment is required before work commences. The remaining balance must be paid after the delivery of goods or completion of the website.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds for payments received, except in cases where we offer a money back guarantee.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
On-site Support: SEO, Web Design, Hosting & Domain Name packages do not include future on-site support for computer hardware and software.
Website Training: We offer website training only for clients who have purchased our Corporate Mobile Website or higher packages.
Website Maintenance: We provide website maintenance services exclusively to our own clients. If you would like to request a quote for website maintenance, please contact us.
